SAATH’s Practice Ideals

SAATH is particularly focused on bringing together the strategies of court intervention and negotiation from both countries – specifically combining learnings from volume-based legal work in the litigation-heavy Indian practice with lessons from long-term planning of legal claims from the pre-suit resolution heavy American practice.

SAATH practices conscionable pro bono guidelines and confidentiality policies to ensure safe and equitable access to its legal services. SAATH also rejects the siloed practice of law and frequently collaborates with other like-minded lawyers when a case needs it and a client would benefit from it.
